U was created in collaboration with the carpentry Harald Berchtold from the Bregenzerwald, which specializes in the construction of solid timber houses. Characteristic here are tine connections in dimensions of up to 40 cm width. U picks up on the carpentry tools: Two mirrored elements are milled from a solid wood block and connected with dowels. Together they form the shape of a U. Robust and weatherproof, the furniture can be used indoors and outdoors.
